Costume Props and Planning

In a sports movie, it is quite obvious that most relevant characters (save for family and spectators) would be in sporting gear. This rule goes mainly for the main characters, allies and rivals. This kind of dressing includes shorts, bottoms, hoodies and sports shirts. Shoes suitable for sport too, of course. For example, running shoes.  Extra accessories include headbands and hats. Even the ‘coach’ of the film would be in scruffy, sporting gear.

However, there will be a shot of the protagonist and antagonist in school.

How does this link to my genre?

Very easily. This links to my genre as the wear is suitable and makes sense because of the characters main activity throughout the trailer. The trailer will contain the character working hard in his constant daily struggle of training. Therefore, sports gear would make the most sense when it comes to clothing.

Black trousers, white shirt, blue tie, glasses –Protagonist (optional)

-Genuine casualwear

(more of a rough look) – Nike Air forces, skinny jeans/plain jeans, black jacket of any sort – antagonist
